BSE Sensex (26425.30)  and NSE Nifty(7982.90) closed down  by 1.3% and  1.6% respectively  last week.Nifty  call option June  8200 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  26000 and Nifty at 7810. Resistance for Sensex is at 26840 and Nifty at 8110.

TATA POWER  and ASHOK LEYLAND added Open Interest in June series.Huge position was build up at  UNITECH  June call Option Strike Price 10.Good build up was also seen at  RCOM  June  call Option Strike Price 55.

(1)    SKS MICRO (428.10)   Future-Lot Size 500 shares.

Buy One Lot JUNE  Future  @ 428.10 Rs

Sell One Call Option JUNE  strike price 440@ 7.30 Rs

Premium Received= 7.30*500= 3650.0 0 Rs

Maximum Profit= 440- 428.10= 11.9*500= 5950.00 + 3650.00 = 9600.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) IGL (387.0) LOT SIZE 500 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   JUNE Strike Price 390@ 10.00 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   JUNE Strike Price 400@ 5.25 Rs.

Premium Paid = 10*500= 5000.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 5.25*500= 2625.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 5000 –2625 = 2375.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 400-390=10*500=10000.00 – 2375.00 = 2625.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 2375.00 Rs.

Break Even= 394.75
