BSE Sensex (27316.17)  and NSE Nifty(8224.9) closed up  by 3.4% and  3% respectively  last week.Nifty  call option June  8300 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  26600 and Nifty at 8040. Resistance for Sensex is at 28100 and Nifty at 8440.

RELIANCE INDUSTRIES   and  ICICI BANK added Open Interest in July series.Huge position was build up at  RELIANCE  July call Option Strike Price 1020.Good build up was also seen at  ASHOK LYLAND  July  call Option Strike Price 70.

Strategy  for Futures Option players.

(1)    HAVELLS (283.85)   Future-Lot Size 1000 shares.

Buy One Lot JULY  Future  @ 283.85 Rs

Sell One Call Option JULY  strike price 290@ 9.25 Rs

Premium Received= 9.25*1000= 9250.0 0 Rs

Maximum Profit= 290- 283.85= 6.15*1000= 6150.00 + 9250.00 = 15400.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) M&M (1305.55) LOT SIZE 250 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   JULY Strike Price 1300@ 48.10 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   JULY Strike Price 1340@ 30.05 Rs.

Premium Paid = 48.10*250= 12025.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 30.05*250= 7512.50 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 12025 – 7512.50 = 4512.50 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 1340- 1300=40*250=10000.00 – 4512.50 = 5487.50 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 4512.50 Rs.

Break Even= 1318.05
