Buy One Lot  November Future  @ 2400.00  Rs.

Sell One Call Option November strike price  2400.00 @  106.00 Rs

Premium Received =  106.00*200  =  21200.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=  2400.00  –  2400.00  =  00.00 + 21200.00  =  21200.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.


(2)  SUN PHARMA  (551) LOT SIZE  800 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   November Strike Price  540.00@36.00 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of  November  Strike Price  560.00@ 27.00 Rs.

Premium Paid =  36*800  =  28800.00 Rs.

Premium Received =  27*800 = 21600.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid = 28800.00 – 21600.00 =  7200.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit =  560.00 – 540.00 =  20*800 = 16000.00  – 7200.00 =  8800.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss =  7200.00 Rs.

Break Even = 549.00
