(1)  BHEL (122.85)   Future-Lot Size 2000 shares.

Buy One Lot  April  Future  @ 122.85 Rs.

Sell One Call Option April  strike price 125.00@ 3.90 Rs

Premium Received= 3.90*2000=  7800.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=  125.00– 122.85 = 2.15*2000=  4300 + 7800 = 12100.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) RCOM (50.40) LOT SIZE  8000 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   April  Strike Price 50.00@ 2.60 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   April  Strike Price  55.00@ 0.90 Rs.

Premium Paid = 2.60*8000 = 20800.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 0.90*8000 = 7200.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 20800 – 7200 = 13600.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 55.00 – 50.00 = 5*8000= 40000.00 – 13600.00 =  26400.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 13600.00 Rs.

Break Even=  51.70
