Strategy  for Futures Option players


(1)  BAJAJ AUTO (2376.05)   Future-Lot Size 200 shares.

Buy One Lot  April  Future  @ 2376.05 Rs.
Sell One Call Option April  strike price 2450.00@ 39.00 Rs
Premium Received= 39*200=  7800.00Rs
Maximum Profit=  2450.00– 2376.05 = 73.95*200=  14790 + 7800 = 22590.00 Rs.
Max Loss=Unlimited.


(2) IDBI (70.35) LOT SIZE  8000 shares
Buy  One Call Option of   April  Strike Price 70.00@ 5.25 Rs.
Sell  One Call Option of   March  Strike Price  75.00@ 3.20 Rs.
Premium Paid = 5.25*8000 = 42000.00 Rs.
Premium Received= 3.20*8000 = 25600.00 Rs.
Net Premium Paid= 42000 – 25600 = 16400.00 Rs.
Maximum Profit = 75.00 – 70.00 = 5*8000= 40000.00 – 16400.00 =  25600.00 Rs.
Maximum Loss= 16400.00 Rs.
Break Even=  72.05
