BSE Sensex (25863.50)  and NSE Nifty(7868.50) closed down  by  1.40% and 1.41% respectively  last week.Nifty  call option October  7900 was very active.Nifty October future was quoting at the premium of  0.65 points.Support for Sensex is at  25380 and Nifty at 7720. Resistance for Sensex is at 26350 and Nifty at 8020.

ADANI  POWER  and  ASHOK LEYLAND  added Open Interest in October series.Huge position was build up at  ITC  October  call  Option Strike Price 330.Good build up was also seen at  SOUTHBANK  October  call  Option Strike Price 25.

Strategy  for Futures Option players

(1) HDFC  (1186.75)   Future-Lot Size 250 shares.

Buy One Lot  October  Future  @ 1186.75 Rs.

Sell One Call Option October  strike price 1220@ 25.90 Rs

Premium Received= 25.90*250=  6475.00 Rs

Maximum Profit= 1220 – 1186.75 = 33.25*250= 8312.50 + 6475.00 = 14787.50 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) IBREALEST (61.40) LOT SIZE 4000 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   October  Strike Price 60@ 5.10 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   October  Strike Price  65@ 3.05 Rs.

Premium Paid = 5.10*4000 = 20400.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 3.05*4000 = 12200.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 20400 – 12200 = 8200.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 65 - 60= 5*4000= 20000.00 – 8200.00 = 11800.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 8200.00 Rs.

Break Even= 62.05
