BSE Sensex (27865.83)  and NSE Nifty(8322.20) closed up  by 3.8% and  3.9% respectively  last week.Nifty Future was quoting at  33.00 points premium.Nifty  call option November  8500 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  27100 and Nifty at 8100. Resistance for Sensex is at 28660 and Nifty at 8550.

IDFC and  AXIS BANK  added Open Interest in November  series.Huge position was build up at IDFC November  call Option Strike Price 160.Good build up was also seen at   ADANI POWER November  call Option Strike Price 52.50.

Strategy  for Futures Option players.

(1)  BAJAJ AUTO (2617)   Future-Lot Size 125 shares.

Buy One Lot  November  Future  @ 2617 Rs

Sell One Call Option November  strike price 2700@ 34.00 Rs

Premium Received=34*125= 4250.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=2700– 2617 = 83*125= 10375.00 + 4250.00 = 14625.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) BPCL (724.75) LOT SIZE 500 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   NOVEMBER Strike Price 720@ 28.00 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   NOVEMBER Strike Price 760@ 12.95 Rs.

Premium Paid = 28*500 = 14000.00 Rs.

Premium Received=12.95*500= 6475.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 14000.00-6475.00= 7525.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit =760-720=40*500=20000– 7525.00 = 12475.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 7525.00 Rs.

Break Even= 735.05
