Q 2 results will decide the trend

BSE Sensex (18755.45)  and Nifty(5697.70) closed  up  by 0.7% and 0.6% respectively last week..Nifty Future November was quoting at  42.15  points premium.Nifty call option November  5700 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  18500. Resistance for Sensex is at 19050. Support for Nifty is at 5610 and resistance is at 5790.

CIPLA,TATA POWER,HINDALCO, ONGC,SBI,RANBAXY,TATA STEEL, TATA MOTORS,and BPCL will declare Q2 results next week.

UNION BANK  and  SBI added Open Interest in November  series.Huge position was build up at  LT November  Call Option Strike Price 1700.Good build up was also seen at  SBI  November Call Option Strike Price 2200.

Buy One Call Option of  November Strike Price 1650@59.30 Rs

Sell One Call Option of  November Strike Price 1700@32.45 Rs.

Premium .Paid= 59.30*250=14825.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 32.45*250=  8112.50 Rs.

Net Premium Paid=14825-8112.50= 6712.50 Rs.

Maximum Profit==1700-1650 =50*250=12500-6712.50= 5787.50 Rs.-

 Maximum Loss=  6712.50 Rs.

Break Even = 1676.85

2)TCS(1340.35)   Future-Lot Size 250 shares.

Buy One Lot   November  Future  @1340.35 Rs

Sell One Call Option of  November Strike Price 1350@ Rs.21.75

Premium Received=21.75*250= 5437.50 Rs

Maximum Profit=1350-1340.35 == 9.65*250=.2412.50 + 5437.50=7850.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.
