BSE Sensex (29182.95)  and NSE Nifty(8808.90) closed down  by 0.3% and  0.31% respectively  last week.Nifty Future was quoting at 84.80 points premium.Nifty  call option  Febuary  9000 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  28880 and Nifty at 8720. Resistance for Sensex is at 29360 and Nifty at 8860.

BHEL   and   NTPC  added Open Interest in February   series. Huge position was build up at IFCI   February call Option Strike Price 45.Good build up was also seen at   ASHOK LEYLAND   February   call Option Strike Price 70.

Strategy  for Futures Option players.

(1)   UNITECH  (18.85)   Future-Lot Size 9000 shares.

Buy One Lot February  Future  @ 18.85 Rs

Sell One Call Option February  strike price 22.50@ 0.60 Rs

Premium Received= 0.60*9000= 5400.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=22.50 – 18.85=3.65*9000= 32850.00 + 5400.00 = 38250.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) TATA STEEL  (390.70) LOT SIZE 500 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   February Strike Price 390@18.10 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   February Strike Price 410@ 9.85 Rs.

Premium Paid = 18.10*500 = 9050.00 Rs.

Premium Received=9.85*500= 4925.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 9050.00 –4925.00= 4125.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit =410-390=20*500=10000.00 – 4125.00 = 5875.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 4125.00 Rs.

Break Even= 398.25
