Strategy for Futures Option players

(1) BAJAJ AUTO (2582.95) Future-Lot Size 200 shares.

Buy One Lot April Future @ 2582.95 Rs.

Sell One Call Option April strike price 2600.00 @ 47.00 Rs

Premium Received= 47.00*200 = 9400.00 Rs

Maximum Profit= 2600.00– 2582.95 = 17.05*200= 3410 + 9400 = 12810.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) HIND UNILEVER (896) LOT SIZE 600 shares

Buy One Call Option of April Strike Price 900.00@ 16.05 Rs.

Sell One Call Option of April Strike Price 920.00@ 8.85 Rs.

Premium Paid = 16.05*600 = 9630.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 8.85*600 = 5310.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 9630 – 5310 = 4320.00 Rs.

Buy One Lot April Future @ 122.85 Rs.

Sell One Call Option April strike price 125.00@ 3.90 Rs

Premium Received= 3.90*2000= 7800.00 Rs

Maximum Profit= 125.00– 122.85 = 2.15*2000= 4300 + 7800 = 12100.00 Rs.
