BSE Sensex (21753.75)  and NSE Nifty(6493.20) closed  down  by 0.3% and 0.2% respectively  last week.Nifty Future March was quoting at  15.80 points premium.Nifty call option March  6500 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  21620 and Nifty at 6450. Resistance for Sensex is at 21960 and Nifty at 6550.

ASHOK LEYLAND   and  UNITECH  added Open Interest in April  series.Huge position was build up at  ASHOK LEYLAND  April  Call Option Strike Price 20.Good build up was also seen at  UNITECH  April Call Option Strike Price 12.50.

(1)HINDALCO (124.45)   Future-Lot Size 2000 shares.

Buy One Lot   April  Future  @124.45 Rs

Sell One Call Option of  April  Strike Price 125@ Rs.5.50

Premium Received=5.5*2000= 11000.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=125- 124.45 = 0.55*2000= 1100 + 11000 = 12100.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) Ashok Leyland (18.50) LOT SIZE 15000 shares

Buy One Call Option of  April Strike Price 17.50@1.80 Rs.

Sell One Call Option of April Strike Price 20@0.70 Rs.

Premium Paid = 1.8*15000= 27000.00 Rs.

Premium Received=0.70*15000=10500.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 27000-10500=16500.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 20-17.50= 2.5*15000= 37500.00 – 16500.00=21000.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 16500.00 Rs.

Break Even= 18.60
