IDFC  and  IDEA added Open Interest in July series.Huge position was build up at  IDFC  July call Option Strike Price 160.Good build up was also seen at  SBI  July call Option Strike Price 280.

Strategy  for Futures Option players.

(1)    HINDALCO (109)   Future-Lot Size 2000 shares.

Buy One Lot JULY  Future  @ 109.00 Rs

Sell One Call Option JULY  strike price 115@ 0.40 Rs

Premium Received= 0.4*2000= 800.0 0 Rs

Maximum Profit= 115- 109= 6*2000= 12000.00 + 800.00 = 12800.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) IBREALEST (57.65) LOT SIZE 4000 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   JULY Strike Price 57.50@ 1.30 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   JULY Strike Price 60@ 0.65 Rs.

Premium Paid = 1.3*4000= 5200.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 0.65*4000= 2600.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 5200 –2600 = 2600.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 60-57.50=2.50*4000=10000.00 – 2600.00 = 7400.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 2600.00 Rs.

Break Even= 58.15

Resistance for Sensex is at 29160 and Nifty at 8820.

Adani Power  and  Tata Motors  added Open Interest in July series.Huge position was build up at  ADANI POWER  July  call  Option Strike Price 32.50.Good build up was also seen at  IOB  July  call  Option Strike Price 42.50.

Strategy  for Futures Option players

(1) POWERGRID (141.25)   Future-Lot Size 2000 shares.

Buy One Lot July  Future  @ 141.25 Rs.

Sell One Call Option July  strike price 150@ 0.25 Rs

Premium Received= 0.25*2000= 500.00 Rs

Maximum Profit= 150 – 141.25= 8.75*2000= 17500.00 + 500.00 = 18000.00 Rs.

Buy  One Call Option of   July Strike Price 580@ 17.20 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   July Strike Price 610@ 6.30 Rs.

Premium Paid = 17.20*500 = 8600.00 Rs.

Premium Received=6.30*500 = 3150.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 8600 – 3150= 5450.00 Rs.
