BSE Sensex (28260.10)  and NSE Nifty(8586.25) closed up  by 2.89% and  2.91% respectively  last week.Nifty Future was quoting at  49.65 points premium.Nifty  put option April  8400 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  27820 and Nifty at 8440. Resistance for Sensex is at 28730 and Nifty at 8740.

DISH TV  and ICICI BANK added Open Interest in April  series.Huge position was build up at  DLF April call Option Strike Price 155.Good build up was also seen at ADANI PORT April  call Option Strike Price 55.

Strategy  for Futures Option players.

(1)    IOC (372.80)   Future-Lot Size 1000 shares.

Buy One Lot April  Future  @ 372.80 Rs

Sell One Call Option April  strike price 390@ 4.00Rs

Premium Received= 4.00*1000= 4000.00 Rs

Maximum Profit= 390- 372.80=17.20*1000= 17200 + 4000.00 = 21200.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

Buy  One Call Option of   April Strike Price 3550@ 103.45 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   April Strike Price 3700@ 46 Rs.

Premium Received= 46*125= 5750.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 12931.25 –5750.00= 7181.25 Rs.
