The Bank Of Japan holds two-day monetary policy meeting on 19 and 20 Dec. 2013.

BSE Sensex (20715.58)  and NSE Nifty(6168.40) closed down  by 1.3% and 1.4% respectively  last week.Nifty Future December was quoting at  39.60  points premium.Nifty call option December  6300 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  20450 and Nifty at 6085. Resistance for Sensex is at 20950.and Nifty at 6250.

TATASTEEL and  COAL INDIA  added Open Interest in December  series.Huge position was build up at  TATA STEEL December  Call Option Strike Price 420.Good build up was also seen at  COAL INDIA December Call Option Strike Price 290.

Strategy  for Futures Option players.                                                               

(1) CESC (420.30) lot size 1000 shares                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Buy One Call Option of  December Strike Price 420@7.75 Rs

Sell One Call Option of  December Strike Price 430@ 5.85 Rs.

Premium .Paid= 7.75*1000 = 7750.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 5.85*1000=  5850.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid=7750-5850= 1900.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit==430-420 =10*1000=10000-1900.00 = 8100.00 Rs.-

 Maximum Loss=  1900=00 Rs..

Break Even = 421.90

(2)  DABUR(166.25)   Future-Lot Size 2000 shares.

Buy One Lot   December  Future  @166.25 Rs

Sell One Call Option of  December Strike Price 170@ Rs.2.10

Premium Received=2.10*2000= 4200.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=170-166.25 = 3.75*2000 =.7500 + 4200=11700.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

POWERGRID and  UCO BANK  added Open Interest in December  series.Huge position was build up at  POWERGRID December  Call Option Strike Price 95.Good build up was also seen at  NHPC December Call Option Strike Price 22.50.

Sell One Call Option of  December Strike Price 1300@ 51.50 Rs.

Premium Received= 51.50*250=  12875.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid=20125-12875= 7250.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit==1300-1250 =50*250=12500-= 7250.00 = 5250.00 Rs.-

(2) POWERGRID (94.40)   Future-Lot Size 2000 shares.

Buy One Lot   December  Future  @94.40 Rs

Sell One Call Option of  December Strike Price 95@ Rs.2.30
