Strategy  for Futures Option players

(1)  NTPC (122.35)   Future-Lot Size 4000 shares.

Buy One Lot  March  Future  @ 122.35 Rs.

Sell One Call Option March  strike price 125.00@ 3.20 Rs

Premium Received= 3.20*4000=  12800.00Rs

Maximum Profit=  125.00– 122.35 = 2.65*4000=  10600 + 12800 = 23400.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) MOTHERSON SUMI (221) LOT SIZE 1500 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   March  Strike Price 220.00@ 13.75 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   March  Strike Price  230.00@ 9.25 Rs.

Premium Paid = 13.75*1500 = 20625.00 Rs.

Premium Received= 9.25*1500 = 13875.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 20625 – 13875 = 6750.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 230.00 – 220.00 = 10*1500= 15000.00 – 6750.00 =  8250.00Rs.

Maximum Loss= 6750.00 Rs.

Break Even=  224.50
