Resistance for Sensex is at 28300 and Nifty at 8480.

SAIL and VOLTAS added Open Interest in November  series.Huge position was build up at SAIL November  call Option Strike Price 95.Good build up was also seen at   TATA POWER November  put Option Strike Price 85.

(1)  CESC (765.20)   Future-Lot Size 500 shares.

Buy One Lot  November  Future  @ 765.20 Rs

Sell One Call Option November  strike price 780@ 12.80 Rs

Premium Received=12.80*500= 6400.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=780– 765.20 = 14.80*500= 7400.00 + 6400.00 = 13800.00 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.

(2) VOLTAS (272) LOT SIZE 1000 shares

Buy  One Call Option of   NOVEMBER Strike Price 270@ 9.45 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   NOVEMBER Strike Price 280@ 5.10 Rs.

Premium Paid =  9.45*1000 = 9450.00 Rs.

Premium Received=5.10*1000= 5100.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 9450.00-5100.00= 4350.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit =280-270=10*1000=10000– 4350.00 =5650.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 4350.00 Rs.

Break Even= 274.35
