BSE Sensex (22628.84)  and NSE Nifty(6779.40) closed  up  by 0.01% and 0.1% respectively  last week.Nifty Future April was quoting at  20.55 points premium.Nifty call option April  6800 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  22530 and Nifty at 6750. Resistance for Sensex is at 22820 and Nifty at 6840.

BHEL   and  ITC  added Open Interest in May  series.Huge position was build up at HDIL  April  Call Option Strike Price 75.Good build up was also seen at  DLF  May Call Option Strike Price 160.

Buy One Lot   MAY  Future  @193.90 Rs

Sell One Call Option of  MAY  Strike Price 200@ Rs.10.0

Premium Received=10*4000= 40000.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=200– 193.90 = 6.1*4000= 24400 + 40000 = 64400.00 Rs.

Buy  One Call Option of   MAY Strike Price 430@27.85 Rs.

Sell  One Call Option of   MAY Strike Price 440@24.50 Rs.

Premium Paid = 27.85*1000= 27850.00 Rs.

Premium Received=24.50*1000=24500.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid= 27850-24500=3350.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit = 440-430= 10*1000= 10000.00 – 3350.00= 6650.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 3350.00 Rs.

Break Even= 433.34
