Sensex, Nifty touch 2-year lows

BSE Sensex (15491.35) and Nifty (4651.60) closed down 4.5% and 4.4% respectively last week.Nifty Future December was quoting at 25.75 points discount.Nifty call option December 4800 was very active.Support for Sensex is at 15150. Resistance for Sensex is at 15750 .Support for Nifty is at 4550 and resistance at 4730.
SBI and ICICI Bank added Open Interest in December series.Huge position was build up at SBI December Call Option Strike Price 1800.Good build up was also seen at ICICI Bank December Call Option Strike Price 720.
Strategy for Futures Option players.

1)CIPLA( 331.70) lot size 1000 shares
Buy One Call Option of December Strike Price 320@15.20 Rs
Sell One Call Option of December Strike Price 340.00@2.60 Rs.
Premium .Paid=15.20*1000=15200.00 Rs.
Premium Received=2.60*1000= 2600.00 Rs.
Net Premium Paid=15200.00-2600.00=12600.00 Rs.
Maximum Profit==340-320 =20*1000=20000-12600=7400.00 Rs.-
Maximum Loss= 12600.00 Rs.
Break Even Price=332.60


2)GAIL(368.10) Future-Lot Size 500 shares.
Buy One Lot December Future @368.10 Rs
Sell One Call Option of December Strike Price 380@6.00 Rs.
Premium Received=6*500=3000.00 Rs
Maximum Profit=380-368.10==11.90*500=5950+3000=8950.00 Rs.
Max Loss=Unlimited.
